Our insight: Consumers did not know or understand all that Rug Doctor offered and how it was relevant to their lives.
Our idea: Our first step in re-staging an iconic American brand was bringing the big red grocery store machine to life in the digital space. Our goal was to help new and repeat users understand that Rug Doctor is more than just an emergency spot cleaning rental. We emphasized lifestyle benefits through strong original photography and creative, showcasing the brand’s relevance in all seasons and all stages of home life.
