The Role
We’re on the hunt for a bada** Graphic Designer with 5+ years of agency experience who thrives on bringing ideas to life in visually stunning ways. You should be obsessed with great design, know how to tell a story through visuals and be ready to collaborate with a high-energy team that loves pushing creative limits.
You’ll work across digital, traditional and brand—crafting eye-catching, scroll-stopping, “holy smokes, that’s cool” kind of work. If you’ve got a killer portfolio and a passion for making neat sh*t that works, we want to see it.
What You’ll Do
- Bring big ideas to life through jaw-dropping visual design.
- Work across multiple platforms—social, digital, print, UI, animation, branding—you name it.
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists and developers to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Concept and execute designs that stand out, get results and make people feel something.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging tech and design innovations to keep our work fresh.
- Juggle multiple projects at once without dropping the ball (or your mind).
- Help evolve and elevate our client’s brands through killer design solutions.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of agency experience. You’ve been in the trenches and know how to deliver.
- A killer portfolio showcasing a range of bold, high-quality work across digital, social, and traditional mediums.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.)
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools.
- A strong grasp of branding, typography, and layout.
- Bonus points if you’ve got motion graphics, video editing, or illustration skills.
