The Role
Now, we’re looking for a rock star Senior Art Director who can take big ideas from concept to production, tell compelling stories through design, and lead a team to make cool stuff happen. If you live for the craft, obsess over the details and can own a campaign from idea to execution, let’s talk.
You’ll be at the forefront of creative execution, guiding campaigns from concept to production across digital, social, video and experiential. Whether designing a thumb-stopping digital ad, directing a full-blown photoshoot or crafting an intuitive UI experience, you know how to make it happen.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll collaborate with copywriters, strategists, developers and motion designers to bring killer ideas to life—all while keeping the work fresh, fearless, and effective.
- Own the creative vision – from ideation to execution, you’ll lead the charge on campaigns, photoshoots, video productions and multi-platform experiences.
- Direct photo & video shoots – Concept, plan, and oversee full productions to make the vision come to life.
- Design across all platforms—digital, social, UX/UI, print, branding, motion… you’re versatile and ready to go.
- Think BIG – Develop bold, strategic, innovative creative that cuts through the noise.
- Present like a boss – Sell your work confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Lead & mentor – Work with junior creatives to push the work forward and level up the team.
- Stay ahead of trends – Know what’s next in design, tech, social and marketing to keep our work fresh.
- Collaborate like a pro – Work with copywriters, motion designers, developers and clients to bring big ideas to life.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of agency experience leading campaigns, branding and production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing killer design, branding and campaign work.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience in UX/UI design (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).
- Production experience—directing photo and video shoots from start to finish.
- Motion design chops? Big bonus.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, digital advertising and web design.
- Strong presentation skills—can sell an idea and rally a room.
