Bloomin’ Blinds is a brother-run business that expanded nationwide by revolutionizing the window treatment industry. But, their story actually starts in the mid-’90s with their mother, a natural entrepreneur. She saw an ad in a newspaper for a blind cleaning machine. Besides it being an opportunity to make some money, she realized there was a need for blind repair, as well. After numerous factories refused to sell parts, she was determined not to be told “No” again. From flea markets, thrift stores and even the side of the road, she found what she needed for repairs. 

Later, she sold that business and moved to Dallas, Texas, where Bloomin’ Blinds was born. This story is a perfect example of the family’s tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit, which has carried the brand for over twenty years and across the country. 

With their commitment to quality, innovation and exceptional customer service, Bloomin’ Blinds has become a household name for projects like small repairs all the way to total redesigns. Their mission is to provide homeowners with beautiful, functional and affordable window coverings that both elevate the aesthetics and comfort of their spaces.
